22nd October, Sacramento, California

Sacramento Day

Today I introduce to you the Captain and Co-pilot/stewardess (the slash is verbalised, it reads pilot slash stewardess) of this California vacation. Justin the Captain for the obvious reason that he’s piloting the swift Ford Focus we’ve rented, and Justine as Co-pilot/stewardess; co-pilot because I’m sharing the cockpit and stewardess because my duties involve providing refreshments for El Capitan, and compositing the trash accumulated in our craft.

We had loosely structured our day to involve a trip into Sacramento it however didn’t turn out as planned, I had not slept the night before and Justin was sick; compounded with taking Nyquil, inducing drowsiness, we didn’t touch Sacramento, we did however get to Jimboy’s Tacos.

A seedy Californian taco chain. With our tray of tacos we, bleary-eyed, worked our way through our lunch snack and then headed home for nap time.
